近年来,随着农村经济形势的发展,农民生活的富裕,村镇建房发展迅速。在1981—1985年的“六五”计划期间,全国农民新建住房33亿平方米,超过了前三十年乡村建房面积的总和。预测在“七五”期间,由于住房更新、人口增长和分户、发展专业户生产等需要,平均每年需新建住房7亿平方米左右。但就目前许多地区村镇建筑质量状况来看,还存在不少问题。现仅就经常发生的质量通病谈几点意见,供各地村镇建设参考。
In recent years, with the development of the rural economic situation, peasants’ lives have become affluent, and the construction of houses in villages and towns has developed rapidly. During the “6th Five-Year Plan” period of 1981-1985, farmers across the country newly built 3.3 billion square meters of housing, which exceeds the total area of rural housing construction in the previous three decades. It is predicted that during the “7th Five-Year Plan” period, due to the need for housing renewal, population growth and household splitting, and the development of professional households, the average annual new housing needs will be about 700 million square meters. However, there are still many problems with the quality of villages and towns in many regions. Only a few opinions on quality problems that often occur are discussed for the reference of local villages and towns.
