通过祁南矿煤层的特点,以不稳定薄层6煤组作为上保护层组合开采,使有突出危险性的7煤层得到卸压,同时采用底板穿层钻孔抽采71、72煤层瓦斯,在瓦斯的活跃期内将瓦斯抽出,有效降低72煤层瓦斯含量,消除72煤层的突出危险性,实现72煤层的安全快速掘进和高效回采,大大提高矿井煤炭资源的回收率。
