2014年4月1日下午,浙江省高级人民法院对社会各界高度关注的温岭杀医案进行二审公开宣判,驳回被告人连恩青的上诉,维持台州市中级人民法院对被告人连恩青的死刑判决,并依法报请最高人民法院核准。台州市中级人民法院一审查明,2012年3月18~26日被告人连恩青在温岭市第一人民医院接受了鼻部手术治疗。因感到术后效果不佳,连恩青多次到医院投诉,并多次到其他医院就医,但均无进展。2013年10月25日
