本文调查了200例健康老年人的心血管状况,发现平均心率为74.2次/分(范围51～120次/分)。心电图电轴左偏者较多,P 波低小、左室外膜高电压亦较多见,部分老年人尚有轻度 S-T-T改变,偶发性早搏、不完全性右束支传导阻滞等改变,这些心电图变化均属正常变异。本文还对部分老年人作了血三酸甘油酯及总胆固醇测定,二者的数值均较青壮年组为高。关于免疫指标的测定,老年人 IgG、IgA、IgM均显著增高,C_3显著减低,示老年人的免疫状态亦有改变。
