本文报导用电导率、分光光度及激光散射等方法研究合成丁二烯橡胶用的Mo(Ⅳ.)系催化剂各组分间的相互作用。实验表明,增溶剂乙酸乙酯在室温下即与MoCl_4或Al(i-C_4H_9)_3反应;溶剂辛醇在升温下与MoCl_4发生交换反应;Al(i-C_4H_9)_3与MoCl_4的反应可按Al/Mo(摩尔比)分成三个阶段,混合体系的电导率,UV—VIS光谱、激光散射强度及颜色在各阶段有明显区别。
In this paper, the interactions among various components of Mo (Ⅳ.) Catalysts for the synthesis of butadiene rubber were studied by means of conductivity, spectrophotometry and laser scattering. The experiment shows that the solubilizer ethyl acetate reacts with MoCl_4 or Al (i-C_4H_9) _3 at room temperature. The solvent octanol exchanges with MoCl_4 at elevated temperature. The reaction between Al (i-C_4H_9) _3 and MoCl_4 can be carried out according to Al / Mo (mole ratio) is divided into three stages, the conductivity of the mixed system, UV-VIS spectra, laser light scattering intensity and color are significantly different in each stage.
