传统模糊语义方法能较好地处理关于决策方案的语言评价信息,但无法有效地利用决策者针对自己判断的可靠性所提供的语言评价信息。为此,提出了二维语言评价信息的概念及相应的群体决策方法。首先利用主观证据推理理论量化表示二维语言评价信息,并通过冲突分析改进合成规则,解决了二维语言评价信息在复杂强冲突条件下的集结问题,然后设计了相应的择优规则,最后用一个实例检验了该方法的实用性和有效性。
The traditional fuzzy semantic method can better deal with the linguistic assessment information about the decision-making scheme, but it can not effectively use the language evaluation information provided by the decision makers for the reliability of their judgment. To this end, the concept of two-dimensional language evaluation information and the corresponding group decision-making method are proposed. Firstly, subjective evidence reasoning theory is used to quantitatively represent two-dimensional language evaluation information, and the conflict analysis is used to improve the composition rules to solve the problem of two-dimensional linguistic assessment information under complex and strong conflict conditions. Then, the corresponding preference rules are designed, The example tests the practicability and effectiveness of this method.
