习近平总书记指出:“反对腐败,建设廉洁政治,保持党的肌体健康,始终是我们党一贯坚持的鲜明政治立场。”腐败是生长在党的健康肌体上的毒瘤,普遍而严重的腐败会导致执政党执政合法性逐步丧失,政治秩序混乱。当前,反腐败形势依然严峻,必须在在新常态下进一步提高反腐倡廉建设科学化水平,尊重反腐倡廉建设规律,从而达到“治本”的目的。为此,要加强反腐倡廉教育方式科学化、顶层设计科学化、监督体系科学化和方法手段科学化建设。
