中国现阶段正处于和谐社会上升期,但这个时期仍然存在一些不和谐因子,其中,社会劳动保障工作就是非常重要的一点。以人为本是创造和谐社会的基础,市场经济条件下,许多劳动者应当享有的权益得不到保障。劳动保障工作的不尽完善,是当前中国建设更高层次和谐社会的绊脚石。以下,对如何进一步完善劳动保障工作,提出一些粗简的见解。
At present, China is in the ascendant stage of harmonious society, but some discordant factors still exist in this period. Among them, social labor security work is a very important point. People-oriented is the basis for creating a harmonious society. Under the market economy, many workers should not be entitled to the rights they should enjoy.
