The 8th Standing Council of the Second Auction of the Chinese Auction Industry Association was held in Beijing on January 10, 2004 with 36 standing directors attending 32 people and leaving 4 people. The responsible comrades of the auction industry associations of all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, except those who are standing directors, attended the meeting. The main topic of the meeting is to listen to and review the report of President Zhang Yanhua on the summary of the work of the Association in 2003 and the work arrangement in 2004.
