目的探讨综合护理干预对卵巢癌患者化疗期舒适度的影响与作用。方法选取2016年1月-2017年1月本院收治的卵巢癌患者50例作为此次研究的对象,全部患者均经过化疗治疗,随机将这50例患者分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采用综合性护理干预,对比分析两组患者在不同的护理模式下的化疗期舒适度以及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者的化疗期舒适度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为96.7%,对照组患者的护理满意度为85.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论对卵巢癌患者实行综合护理干预不但可以提高患者化疗期的舒适度,同时还可以提高其对护理工作的满意度,增强患者及其家属对护理人员的信任感,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the comfort of chemotherapy in ovarian cancer patients. Methods Fifty patients with ovarian cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. All patients were treated with chemotherapy. The 50 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, of which control group Patients in the observation group were given general nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care. The patients in the observation group were compared on the comfort of chemotherapy period and the satisfaction of nursing work under different nursing modes. Results In the observation group, the comfort during chemotherapy was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.7% and that of the control group was 85.0% The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with ovarian cancer can not only improve the comfort of patients during chemotherapy, but also improve their satisfaction with nursing work and enhance the trust of patients and their families in nursing staff, which is worthy of clinical application.
