Wloo 1 2挖掘机转台的平衡滚轮用来保持整机的平衡,保护其它零件不受损坏。一、平衡滚轮间隙对转台与中心轴的影响挖掘机使用说明书规定:平衡滚轮表面与大齿圈滚道的间隙应为0.5～1.0mm。如果间隙调整不当,将会造成滚轮过早磨损、间隙加大。为了说明平衡滚轮间隙对中心轴、中心铜套位移的关系,取转台导轨、滚轮间隙和轴套中心等几何位置模拟图如图1。设AB为转台导轨直径φ,○○为中心铜套高度h。当转台倾覆时,A点为滚轮上的支点,b为转台离开滚轮
Wloo 1 2 balance wheel of the excavator turntable is used to keep the balance of the whole machine and protect other parts from damage. First, balance wheel clearance impact on the turntable and the central axis excavator instructions specify: the balance roller surface and the ring gear raceway gap should be 0.5 ~ 1.0mm. If the clearance is not adjusted properly, it will cause the roller to wear prematurely and increase the clearance. In order to illustrate the relationship between the balance roller gap displacement on the central axis and the center copper sleeve, the geometrical position simulation diagrams such as the turret guide rail, roller gap, and sleeve center are shown in Figure 1. Let AB be the guide rail diameter φ, and ○○ be the height of the center bushing h. When the turntable is tipped, point A is the fulcrum on the roller and b is the turntable
