目的观察放射线治疗小鼠继发性泡球蚴病的疗效,探索新的非手术治疗泡球蚴病方法。方法筛选感染泡球蚴模型小鼠40只,随机分为5组,其中高能6Mev X射线组15只,6Mev能量电子线组5只,8Mev能量电子线组5只,60 Co-γ射线组5只,模型对照组10只(不作任何处理)。实验组小鼠行放射线治疗,5d后剖检,观察泡球蚴囊大体形态及超微结构变化并与模型对照组比较,评泡球蚴感染小鼠放射线治疗效果。结果与模型对照组相比较,6Mev Xray、6Mev E-ray、8Mev E-ray、60 Co-γray治疗组小鼠感染的泡球蚴囊壁组织和生发层细胞均有不同程度的改变和破坏,如线粒体肿胀、核固缩、糖原颗粒增多等,以高剂量组改变和破坏程度更显著。结论 6Mev X-ray、6Mev E-ray、8Mev E-ray、60 Co-γray治疗对小鼠泡球蚴的生长有一定的抑制作用,可使泡球蚴囊发生明显的形态学改变。
Objective To observe the efficacy of radiotherapy in secondary alveolar echinococcosis in mice and to explore new methods of non-surgical treatment of alveolar hydatid disease. Methods Forty mice were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups, of which 15 were high energy 6Mev X-ray group, 5 6Mev energy electron group, 5 8Mev energy electron group and 60 Co-γ group. Only, the model control group of 10 (without any treatment). The mice in the experimental group were treated with radiotherapy and the necrosis was observed 5 days later. The general morphology and ultrastructure of the cysticercus cyst were observed. Compared with the model control group, the therapeutic effect of radiotherapy was evaluated. Results Compared with the model control group, the cytoplasm of the cysticercus and germinal layer cells of mice infected with 6Mev Xray, 6Mev E-ray, 8Mev E-ray and 60Co-γray groups all had varying degrees of alteration and destruction, Such as mitochondria swelling, nuclear pyknosis, glycogen particles increased, high-dose group to change and damage more pronounced. Conclusions 6 MeV X-ray, 6 MeV E-ray, 8 MeV E-ray and 60 Co-γray treatment can inhibit the growth of mouse Echinococcus granulosus and result in obvious morphological changes of Echinococcus granulosus.
