尹海龙1970年生于黑龙江省庆安县,1995年考入浙江美术学院(今中国美术学院)中国画系书法篆刻专业,获学士学位,1997年毕业分配到中国艺术研究院,现于美术研究所从事书画篆刻创作与理论研究工作。作品多次参加全国书法篆刻展览并获奖。现为西泠印社社员,中国书法家协会会员。出版有《尹海龙篆刻选》《画砂》《当代名家篆刻研究——尹海龙》《尹海龙印集》(心经卷、古琴谱卷)《古玺技法解析》等。理论文章多篇发表于专业报刊,作品为中国美术学院、中国艺术研究院、中国美术馆等机构收藏。
Yin Hailong was born in 1970 in Qing’an County, Heilongjiang Province. In 1995, he was admitted to Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now China Academy of Art) with a bachelor’s degree in calligraphy and seal cutting. He graduated from the China Academy of Art in 1997 and now works in the Fine Arts Institute Seal cutting creation and theoretical research. Works on many occasions to participate in the national calligraphy and seal exhibition and award-winning. Is now a member of Xiling Seal, Chinese Calligraphers Association. Published “Yin Hailong seal selection” “Painting sand” “Contemporary famous carving research - Yin Hailong” “Yin Hailong Yin set” (Heart Sutra, Guqin spectrum) “ancient seal technique analysis” and so on. Many articles have been published in professional newspapers and periodicals. The works are collected by institutions such as China Academy of Art, China Academy of Art, and China National Art Museum.
