在计算场致发射体阴极发射电流时 ,影响发射电流的主要因素是阴极表面的电场强度。由于发射电流密度的大小和阴极表面场强呈指数关系 ,阴极表面场强很小的变化将引起发射电流的剧烈变化 ,所以提高阴极表面场强的计算精度是至关重要的。本文提出了一种计算阴极表面场强的新方法——待定系数法 ,并用该方法计算了一个二极管场致发射体的阴极表面电场强度和电流密度。
The main factor that affects the emission current when calculating the field emitter emission current is the electric field strength at the cathode surface. Due to the exponential relationship between the emission current density and the cathode surface field strength, the small change of the cathode surface field strength will cause the dramatic change of the emission current. Therefore, it is very important to improve the calculation accuracy of the cathode surface field strength. In this paper, we propose a new method of calculating the field strength of the cathode surface - the undetermined coefficient method, and use this method to calculate the electric field intensity and current density of the cathode surface of a diode field emitter.
