班主任专业化,是新时期班主任工作改革的主旋律。如何从农村中小学班主任工作的实际出发,加快推进农村中小学班主任专业化改革,提高农村中小学班主任专业化水平,是当前农村中小学班主任工作面临的一项现实课题。本文从当前农村中小学班主任工作现状分析入手,就此问题进行了有益的探讨。
The specialization of the class teacher is the main theme of the reform of class teacher in the new period. How to speed up the reform of the headmasters in primary and secondary schools in rural areas and improve the professionalism of headmasters in rural primary and secondary schools are the realistic issues facing the headmasters in primary and secondary schools in rural areas. This article starts from analyzing the present situation of class teacher in primary and middle schools in rural areas, and makes a useful discussion on this issue.
