安徽省防汛抗旱指挥系统建设与管理是在国家防汛抗旱指挥系统的总目标下,结合本省实际,确定建设目标。系统结构应包括信息采集、通信、计算机网络、决策支持四个系统。要重视总体设计工作,根据经济实力,确定分期建设目标,尤其要注重系统建成后的运行管理工作。
Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters in Anhui Province is the construction and management of the national flood control and drought command system under the overall goal, combined with the actual situation in the province to determine the construction goals. The system structure should include four systems of information collection, communication, computer network and decision support. Should pay attention to the overall design work, according to economic strength, to determine the construction goal of phasing, with particular emphasis on the operation and management of the system after completion.
