在小学教育阶段中,数学内容的教学是比较困难的一个环节,教师在很多方面都要充分地考虑到小学生掌握知识的能力,不能总是按照传统的教育方法来开展。在小学数学当中,分层异步教学是比较有效的教学思路,能够根据学生的学习成绩和学习能力,实施良好的差异化教学,可行性较高。就此展开讨论,并提出合理化建议。
In the primary education stage, the teaching of mathematics content is a relatively difficult part. In many aspects, teachers should fully consider the ability of pupils to master knowledge and can not always follow the traditional methods of education. In primary school mathematics, the teaching of stratified asynchronism is a more effective teaching method, and it is more feasible to carry out good differentiated teaching according to students’ academic performance and learning ability. Discuss this and propose reasonable suggestions.
