用鳖甲粉对裸鼠载人肠癌进行实验性治疗。在给裸鼠接种人肠癌细胞前二周开始按每天16mg/只的剂量混入饲料经口投与,接种35天后肿瘤体积变化与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05),抑瘤率达92.15％,与饮用5Fu的阳性对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。未发现鳖甲粉对小鼠产生明显毒性,实验前后白细胞计数与对照组比较差异不显著。
The experimental treatment of human colorectal cancer in nude mice was carried out using powdered turtle powder. Two weeks before the inoculation of human colorectal cancer cells in nude mice, the feed was mixed at a dose of 16 mg per day and administered orally. Changes in tumor volume after 35 days of inoculation were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05). 92.15%, there was no significant difference compared with the positive control group drinking 5Fu (P> 0.05). No obvious toxicity was found on the mice, and there was no significant difference in white blood cell counts before and after the experiment compared with the control group.
