为了解职校学生心理建康状况,采用整群调查方法,对479名职校学生进行症状自评量表评估,并与国内常模进行比较。结果,41.5%学生存在心理健康问题,8.9%学生有明显心理障碍,突出表现为强迫、人际敏感、偏执、敌对、抑郁。除躯体化、人际敏感和抑郁三项因子外,其余因子得分均高于国内常模。不同专业、不同性别学生心理健康状况存在明显差异,吸烟学生较不吸烟者心理状况差。提示职校学生存在不同程度心理健康问题,学校心理卫生和教育工作者必须予以重视,尽早进行综合干预。
In order to understand the psychological well-being of vocational school students, a total of 479 vocational school students were evaluated by the method of cluster investigation, and compared with the national norm. As a result, 41.5% of students had mental health problems, 8.9% of students had obvious mental disorders, and their performance was compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, paranoid, hostile and depressed. Except somatization, interpersonal sensitivity and depression three factors, the other factors were higher than the domestic norm. There were significant differences in mental health among students of different majors and genders, and those of smokers were worse than non-smokers. Prompted vocational school students with varying degrees of mental health problems, school mental health and education workers must pay attention to early comprehensive intervention.
