本文报告了眼眶肌肉圆锥内皮样囊肿８例，占同期眶内皮样囊肿的１５％，肌锥内皮样囊肿的临床表现为渐进性眼球突出。着重讨论了肌锥内皮样囊肿的影象学特征，以及术中处理。
This paper reports 8 cases of orbital muscular conical endothelium-like cysts, accounting for 15% of orbital endodermis-like cysts in the same period. The clinical manifestations of myoperodial endothelium-like cysts are progressive prominence. Emphasis is placed on the imaging features of endodermis-like cysts of the muscle as well as intraoperative treatments.
