自1997年6月至1998年8月,我们对532例早孕药物流产患者在术前与术后行B超检查,现将结果报告如下: 532例受检者中宫内妊娠485例,异位妊娠47例,带节育器妊娠者59例,双胎妊娠者7例,双子宫一侧妊娠5例,纵隔子宫一侧妊娠者3例,双角子宫一侧妊娠1例,胚胎停止发育2例,葡萄胎4例,子宫肌瘤合并早孕34例,卵巢肿物合并早孕11例,妊娠大于12周23例,妊娠试验阴性2例,8例妊娠试验阳性,B超动态观察3～8天后宫内才见妊娠囊,此外尚发现6例妊娠试验假阳性者。对532例受检者中药流术后出血多于月经量,出血持续10天以上,以及药流术后未见妊娠囊下来者行术后B超检查,发现妊娠囊仍在宫腔者13例,脱膜残留者126例,且有1例伸入到子宫肌层,宫腔积血者5例。
