用共沉淀-喷雾干燥法制备了Cr部分取代Co的LaCo1-yCryO3(y=0.0~0.5)系列钙钛矿型复合氧化物催化剂,采用BET比表面积、XRD,SEM等方法对催化剂粉体材料进行了形貌和结构的表征分析;测定了对甲烷催化燃烧的催化活性,探讨了掺杂对催化剂热稳定性的影响。研究表明,钴酸镧掺铬后,掺铬的催化剂具有良好的高温催化活性,且热稳定性增强。
LaCo1-yCryO3 (y = 0.0-0.5) series perovskite type composite oxide catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation-spray drying method. The BET surface area, XRD, SEM and other methods were used to prepare the catalyst powder material The characterization and analysis of the morphology and structure were carried out. The catalytic activity of methane for catalytic combustion was measured and the effect of doping on the thermal stability of the catalyst was also discussed. The results show that the lanthanum cobaltite doped with chromium, the chromium-doped catalyst has good high-temperature catalytic activity, and enhanced thermal stability.
