尿毒症患者高血铝引起多系统损害。主要累及中枢神经系统、骨骼和红细胞。通常高血铝是透析液浓度过高引起,少数认为铝基质与磷酸盐的络合。此外,胃肠渗透性增加、甲旁亢和其它微量元素的失调。尿毒症病人对铝中毒的五种主要预防、治疗探讨:1)透析液铝减至最低浓度。2)不断地测定病人血浆铝含量。3)使用铝和磷酸的络合剂。4)用去铁草酰胺试验(去铁敏DFO)测定高血铝出现临床症状之前。5)应用DFO调整和去除高血铝的预防和治疗方法。对164例病人经过常规透析治疗。其中124例醋酸盐血透(HD),10例碳
