新形势下高职学生职业道德与素质养成教育同高职教育整体发展不相适应,存在明显短板,这是我国大多数高职院校所面临的重要问题。阐述实施职业道德与素质养成教育的必要性,分析职业道德与素质缺失的原因,探究如何更好地开展学生职业道德与素质养成教育,提出创新高职院校学生职业道德与素质养成教育的途径。
Under the new situation, vocational education and quality education of vocational students do not adapt to the overall development of higher vocational education.
