利用摩擦磨损试验机,在20~#机油润条件下研究了金属间化合物MoSi2的摩擦磨损行为,探讨了MoSi2材料的磨损机制。结果表明;20~#机油润滑可有效地降低MoSi2摩擦副的摩擦系数和材料的磨损率,由于对磨偶件硬度的不同,MoSi2材料的磨损机制稍有差异,MoSi2/CrWMn钢配副性能较好。
The friction and wear behavior of intermetallic compound MoSi2 was studied by friction and wear tester under 20 ~ # oil lubrication condition, and the wear mechanism of MoSi2 material was discussed. The results show that 20 ~ # oil lubrication can effectively reduce the friction coefficient and material wear rate of MoSi2 friction pair. The wear mechanism of MoSi2 material is slightly different due to different hardness of the wear parts. The secondary performance of MoSi2 / CrWMn steel is better than that of MoSi2 / CrWMn steel it is good.
