中小企业在我国经济发展中已经占有举足轻重的地位,它是推动我国国民经济发展的一支重要力量。而中小外贸企业则更是我国扩大出口和发展外向型经济的主力军。但是,由于近年来内外经营环境的不利变化,众多中小外贸企业在改革和发展中遇到了种种困难,其中尤以融资难为甚。此文试图通过中小外贸企业与银行之间的博弈分析来说明我国中小外贸企业融资问题的根本所在,并提出一些解决问题的途径。
Small and medium-sized enterprises have occupied a pivotal position in the economic development of our country and are an important force for promoting the development of our national economy. Small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises are even more the main force for China’s efforts to expand exports and develop its export-oriented economy. However, due to the adverse changes in the operating environment both inside and outside China in recent years, many small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises have encountered difficulties in their reform and development, especially in the area of financing. This article tries to illustrate the basic problem of the financing problem of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises through the game analysis between small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises and banks and puts forward some solutions to the problems.
