采用正交设计,对影响黄伞人工栽培的8个因子进行优化试验,结果表明:栽培料配方、栽培方式为影响黄伞产量的主要因子。通过验证试验,筛选出生物学效率达100.6%的高产优化组合A1B2C2D2E2F3G2H3,即菌种HS-02;培养料常温灭菌锅连续灭菌12h;培养料配方为:棉籽壳78%、麦麸20%、蔗糖1%、石膏1%;料水比为1:1.3;pH调至7;采用17×33cm聚丙稀高压塑料袋装料,料量300g/袋;接种量15%;菌丝满袋后,将菌袋脱去,单层竖向排放,其上覆土3cm出菇。
