高职院校是培养专业技术人才的主要机构,要想在新时期开展好各项工作,培养出更优秀的学生,党建工作的重要作用不容忽视。随着社会的发展,高职院校学生党建工作也需要不断发展创新,本文就如何加强高职院校基层党组织党建工作,创新工作方法,以满足和适应时代的要求,提出几点建议。
Higher vocational colleges are the main institutions that train professional and technical personnel. If we want to carry out various tasks in the new period and cultivate more outstanding students, the important role of the party building should not be neglected. With the development of society, the work of party building of students in higher vocational colleges also needs continuous development and innovation. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the party building in grassroots party organizations in higher vocational colleges and innovate the working methods so as to meet and adapt to the requirements of the times.
