某工程需要打长13米的钢板桩,而我们无相应的打桩设备,故在土设备上进行了一次改革,增加一节桩架和过桥滑轮组;向下移动活络接点(原活络接点在顶部),使该机原来只能打长8米混凝土桩为现在能打长13米钢板桩,扩大了600公斤机锤的使用范围。经使用证明:该机安装方便,移位灵活平稳,工效高(每班能打长13米钢板桩50根),改革费用低(仅3000元左右),质量符合要求。现将该机结构和安装方法介绍如下:
