油开发中的地面工程建设作为一项持续不间断的工作,投资量大,投资周期长,并直接影响到油田企业的产能建设成效。因此,强化投资管理,提高投资效益,成为油田地面工程管理的重要内容。本文探索了采油地面工程投资失控的原因,基于此构建了采油地面工程投资的管理框架,并简要介绍了几种地面工程投资的经济评价方法。
As a continuous and uninterrupted work, ground construction in oil development takes a large amount of investment and long investment cycle, and directly affects the production efficiency of oilfield enterprises. Therefore, to strengthen investment management and improve investment efficiency has become an important part of oilfield ground engineering management. This article explores the causes of out-of-control investment in ground-based engineering projects. Based on this, it constructs a management framework for oil-based ground engineering investments and briefly introduces the economic evaluation methods for several ground-based projects.
