目的探讨Th1/Th2细胞及其细胞因子与原因不明性复发性流产的关系。方法采用免疫荧光标记和流式细胞术检测38例URSA女性和30例正常女性外周静脉血Th1和Th2细胞频数,采用ELISA双抗体夹心法检测血清中Th1型细胞因子及Th2型细胞因子的水平。结果 URSA女性的Th1细胞比例和Th1/Th2比值明显高于对照组,Th2细胞比例明显低于对照组。URSA女性的IL-2和IFN-γ表达水平明显高于对照组,IL-4、IL-6和IL-10表达水平明显低于对照组。结论 Th1/Th2细胞及Th1/Th2细胞因子的病理性失衡是导致原因不明性复发性流产的重要原因。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Th1 / Th2 cells and their cytokines and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods The frequency of Th1 and Th2 cells in 38 peripheral blood samples collected from 38 URSA women and 30 normal women were detected by immunofluorescence staining and flow cytometry. Th1 cytokines and Th2 cytokines levels were detected by ELISA double antibody sandwich method. Results The ratio of Th1 cells and Th1 / Th2 in URSA women was significantly higher than that in control group, and the proportion of Th2 cells in URSA women was significantly lower than that in control group. The expression levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in URSA women were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the levels of IL-4, IL-6 and IL-10 in the URSA women were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion The pathological imbalance of Th1 / Th2 cells and Th1 / Th2 cytokines is an important cause of recurrent spontaneous abortion.
