本文对合浦滨海和海滩森林土壤微生物区系的分布、数量、组成及生化活性进行了研究。研究结果表明,八种不同类型森林土壤微生物区系均以细菌占优势,其次为真菌,放线菌最少。各类群微生物的数量以红海榄林土壤最高,其次为常绿季雨林和橡胶树林。芽孢杆菌活性以橡胶树林土壤最强,其次为红海榄林和常绿季雨林。土壤生化活性以红海榄林土壤最强,其次为桐花树林和橡胶树林。
In this paper, the distribution, quantity, composition and biochemical activity of soil microflora in coastal forest and beach of Hepu were studied. The results showed that the bacteria in eight different types of soil microbial communities dominated, followed by fungi, with the least actinomycetes. The quantity of microorganisms in each group was the highest in the Red Sea Lam, followed by the evergreen monsoon forest and the rubber tree forest. Bacillus activity was the strongest in the rubber tree soil, followed by the Red Sea olive forest and evergreen monsoon forest. Soil biochemical activity is the strongest in the soil of the Red Sea Lam, followed by Aegiceras tree and rubberwood.
