The 6th Far East and South Pacific Disabled Games, which attracted worldwide attention, ended in Beijing, the capital of China. As a track and field team member of China’s disabled sports delegation, my deepest feeling is that physical rehabilitation of our damaged body through physical exercise is the ultimate significance of the Far South Games. Take our cerebral palsy athletes, because it is motor nerve damage, so the function of sports limbs there are different levels of obstacles, limb movement is not flexible, poor coordination, a serious move will not move. However, by participating in the hard training and competition of this Games, the physical fitness of 17 cerebral palsy athletes in China’s disabled sports delegation has been improved, and physical disorders have been recovered to varying degrees. Boccia is one of the 14 major sports events of this year and is specially designed for CP1-CP2 athletes with cerebral palsy. The athlete casts the ball to the center ball and casts the closer the center ball wins. The purpose of this exercise is to enable physical activity and coordination of athletes to be rehabilitated.
