历经十一个寒暑编纂而成的《河南省志·金融志》已经由河南人民出版社正式出版了。手捧着这部印制精美、内容充实的书,不由得使我这个一向关注它早日问世的老同志感慨系之,十分欣慰。这部书始于1982年3月。从建立编志的组织领导和筹划写作班,我都直接参与其事。中间几经周折,几遇难题,都已成为过去。但各行、司,参与编纂此书各同志所付出的代价和艰辛是不应该忘记的。只是本文篇幅所限,难以备述。为什么一定要克服困难,编成这本书?我想主要是写这部书意义重大。我从实践中逐渐认识到修志是“继承历史,反映现实,服务四化,有益后世”的大事。就银行自身来说,也非常需要一部金融志。因为金融志是一部金融百科全书,包括着金融历史的沿革,金融政策的演变,金融各项数据等等。对领导来说,它是一本工具书,案头摆上一本金融志,只费
After compilation of 11 summer and winter, “Henan Province, Chih-chih-chih” has been officially published by Henan People’s Publishing House.
