藕节是藕连接的部分,具有极高的药用价值.中医典籍中记载,藕节和藕在性味、功用上大致相似,但藕节又侧重止血散淤的功效.藕节性平、味甘涩,有止血散淤之效,临床中用于治疗咳血、吐血、尿血、便血、乳房炎、子宫出血等.藕节汤既是一道美味的汤,同时也是一剂良方,具有较好的养生保健作用.在藕节汤的基础上加减药物,可对症治疗急性乳房炎.
