对水热媒技术在天然气净化装置的应用进行了研究。运用PRO/Ⅱ流程模拟软件,计算确认比热容、动力粘度、导热系数、焓值四项物性参数上,水优于三甘醇溶液。通过与钢铁、石化行业已成功运行的水热媒技术进行比较,肯定了该技术应用于天然气净化装置的安全和可行性。与低压蒸汽相比,天然气净化装置采用水热媒技术供热,在节水、节电、辅料消耗、本质安全性能、降低操作人员数量等方面具有显著的优势。建议在天然气净化装置设计或改造中,应依据实际情况,不拘泥于传统,统筹考虑,选择适宜的供热方式。
The application of hydrothermal technology in natural gas purification plant was studied. PRO / Ⅱ flow simulation software was used to confirm the specific heat capacity, dynamic viscosity, thermal conductivity, enthalpy four physical parameters, the water is superior to the triethylene glycol solution. Compared with the successful operation of the hydrothermal media technology in the steel and petrochemical industries, the technology affirms the safety and feasibility of applying this technology to natural gas purification devices. Compared with the low-pressure steam, the natural gas purification unit uses the hydrothermal technology to heat the water, which has significant advantages in saving water, saving electricity, consuming excipients, intrinsic safety and reducing the number of operators. Proposed gas purification plant in the design or transformation, should be based on the actual situation, not rigidly adhere to the traditional, co-ordinate consideration, select the appropriate way of heating.
