针对汽车后内梁冲压成形复杂的特点,利用Dynaform软件对汽车后内梁拉延过程进行了模拟分析。首先对零件拉延型面进行了设计,重点对工艺补充面形状和拉延筋分布方式进行了设计和优化分析,分析和比较了两种工艺补充面和拉延筋分布方式状态下零件的成形状态和FLD图,确定了合理的工艺补充面和拉延筋分布方式。模拟结果表明采用优化的工艺面改善了零件金属流动的状态,提高了成形质量。最后将上述优化的结果应用到实际生产中,得到合格的零件,验证了优化结果的可靠性。
Aiming at the complex characteristics of automobile internal beam forming, Dynaform software was used to simulate the process of drawing the inner rear beam of automobile. First, the design of the drawing surface of the part was designed. The shape of the surface and the distribution of the drawbead were mainly analyzed. The shape of the part was analyzed and compared with those of the drawbead Status and FLD map, to determine a reasonable process to add surface and drawbead distribution. The simulation results show that the optimized technological surface improves the metal flow and enhances the forming quality. Finally, the above optimization results are applied to the actual production, get qualified parts, verify the reliability of the optimization results.
