目的研究心电图R-S-T特征在心肌缺血分析中的意义,克服心电图ST-T段特征点定位的难点。方法从心电图R-S-T特征点构造的特征三角形出发,对其推导出的各参数求均值、方差、近似熵,然后进行心肌缺血与非心肌缺血条件下的统计分析。结果经公共数据库The Long-Term ST database(LTST)中心电数据的验证分析,5个特征参数有显著性结果,它们为:RTrv,RSrv,TSrv,ArearE,Rate1 rE。结论从心电图R-S-T出发对心肌缺血进行分析,克服了ST-T段的特征点准确定位的难点,为基于心电图的心肌缺血分析提供另一依据。另外证明心率在心肌缺血检测中意义重大。
Objective To study the significance of R-S-T electrocardiogram (ECG) in myocardial ischemia and overcome the difficulties in locating the characteristic points of ST-T electrocardiogram. Methods Starting from the characteristic triangles constructed by the R-S-T feature points of electrocardiogram, the parameters, variance and approximate entropy of each parameter were calculated and then analyzed statistically under the conditions of myocardial ischemia and non-myocardial ischemia. Results The validation of the electrical data of the public database The Long-Term ST database (LTST) showed that the five characteristic parameters have significant results: RTrv, RSrv, TSrv, ArearE, Rate1 rE. Conclusion The analysis of myocardial ischemia from ECG R-S-T overcomes the difficulties in accurately locating the characteristic points of the ST-T segment and provides another basis for the analysis of myocardial ischemia based on the electrocardiogram. In addition to prove that heart rate in myocardial ischemia detection is of great significance.
