改革开放以来,特别是依法治国方略提出以来,各种方式的宣传教育对提高广大农民的法律意识起到了较大的推动作用。然而与建设法治社会对农民法律意识的要求相比,我国农民的法律意识水平依然相对低下,并成为制约农村法治化进程的瓶颈,只有不断提高农民的法律意识,才能适应农村法治化进程的要求。
Since the reform and opening up, especially since the formulation of the strategy of governing the country according to law, propaganda and education in various ways has played a greater role in promoting the legal awareness of the vast majority of peasants. However, compared with the requirement of building a legal society for farmers’ legal awareness, the level of legal awareness of peasants in our country is still relatively low and becomes the bottleneck restricting the process of rule of law in rural areas. Only by constantly improving the legal awareness of peasants can we meet the requirements of the process of rule of law in rural areas .
