在小型轧机上采用芯部自回火技术生产螺纹钢筋是较引人注目的。该技术的主要原理是钢筋在精轧机的出口,经过水冷进行表面淬火,然后,借助钢筋芯部的热量进行自回火。在法国,这项技术被称作TORSID工艺。
In the small rolling mill core self-tempering technology to produce rebar is more striking. The main principle of the technology is that the rebar is surface-quenched by water cooling at the exit of the finishing mill and then self-tempered by the heat of the steel bar core.
