近年来,信息技术的应用领域越来越广泛,给社会各领域带来极大变化。图书管理也不可避免地受信息技术影响,图书馆传统的管理模式已经不再适用,需要基于信息化建设创新图书管理,以促进图书管理更好地发展。本文在信息化建设视角下,对图书管理创新工作进行研究,从创新图书管理理念、创新图书管理制度体系、创新人员管理制度、重视安全建设、创新技术应用五方面提出图书管理创新路径。
In recent years, the application fields of information technology have become more and more widespread, bringing about tremendous changes in all fields of society. Library management is also inevitably affected by information technology. The traditional management mode of library is no longer applicable. It is necessary to innovate the library management based on information construction to promote the development of library management. From the perspective of informatization construction, this paper studies the innovation of library management, and puts forward the innovation path of library management from five aspects: innovating the concept of library management, innovating the system of library management, innovating the management system of personnel, attaching importance to safety construction and applying the innovative technology.
