对反相高效液相色谱测定纸浆中最难分离的蒽酮及蒽醌的色谱条件进行了优化。研究表明,采用ArcusRP-18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇/水(体积比85/15,pH 5.2),流速1.0 mL·min-1,UV紫外检测器,检测波长254 nm,蒽酮及蒽醌的峰形和分离度得到明显改善,精密度和回收率分析表明,该方法操作快速、准确。
Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used to optimize the chromatographic conditions for the most difficult separation of anthrone and anthraquinone in pulp. The results showed that the mobile phase consisted of methanol / water (volume ratio 85/15, pH 5.2), flow rate 1.0 mL · min-1 with UV-UV detector using Arcus RP-18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, Wavelength of 254 nm, anthracene ketone and anthraquinone peak shape and resolution has been significantly improved, precision and recovery analysis showed that the method is fast and accurate operation.
