本文首先分析了在民航业高速发展,飞行员紧缺的情况下,针对飞行学员的订单式培养模式在民航院校中应用的必然性。其次指出了订单式培养模式对学生管理工作带来的影响,并提出了相应的对策。阐明了在飞行学员的培养过程中,应该通过应用精细化的管理手段,完善相关的规章制度并重视学管工作者的教育管理职能,才能培养出一支高素质的飞行员队伍。
This article first analyzes the inevitability of applying the order-based training model for flight students in civil aviation colleges under the condition of the rapid development of civil aviation industry and the shortage of pilots. Second, it points out the impact of order-based training mode on student management and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. It is clarified that in the training process of flight trainees, a highly qualified pilot team should be cultivated through the application of meticulous management tools, perfecting relevant rules and regulations and attaching importance to the education and management functions of inspectors.
