企业高管胜任力评价问题的研究是当前企业界、学术界、社会界和政府界等关注的热点课题。针对现有研究的不足,本文构建了具有自适应确定网络结构和无需人为确定初始权值特点的径向基神经网络函数模型。运用该模型,通过对广东省企业高管胜任力基于MATLAB软件进行仿真计算和定量测度,以说明该模型的有效性、可靠性和实用性,本文的研究为企业高管胜任力评价提供了一种新模型和新方法,因此,具有较高的理论与应用价值。
The research on the evaluation of the executive’s competence of the enterprise is a hot topic that the business community, academia, social circles and government circles pay close attention to at present. Aiming at the deficiency of existing research, this paper constructs the function model of RBF neural network which has the characteristics of adaptively determining the network structure and eliminating the need to manually determine the initial weights. By using this model, through the simulation calculation and quantitative measurement of the executive competence of Guangdong enterprises based on MATLAB software to illustrate the validity, reliability and practicability of the model, this study provides a New models and new methods, therefore, has a high theoretical and practical value.
