目的医院门诊通过创新服务,改善患者就医感受,提高患者满意度,真正体现“以病人为中心”的服务宗旨。方法优化服务流程,提供多种预约方式,信息管理网络化,提供全方位温馨服务,成立患者服务中心,开展多学科会诊服务。结果优化门诊服务流程得到了患者、社会的认可,满意度得到提高。结论门诊工作围绕“以病人为中心”这一主题做好服务,将极大提高门诊服务质量。
Objective The hospital outpatient service through innovative services to improve patient experience, improve patient satisfaction, and truly reflect the “patient-centric ” a principle of service. Methods Optimization of service processes, providing a variety of booking methods, information management network, provide a full range of warm services, the establishment of patient service centers, to carry out multidisciplinary consultation services. Results Outpatient service optimization process was approved by patients and society, and satisfaction was improved. Conclusion Out-patient work is centered on the theme of “patient-centered”, which will greatly improve the quality of out-patient services.
