“概念体育”采用教给中小学生融生物医学、社会心理学和文化人文等一整套学科知识的方法,来达成培养健康生活方式的目的,已成为美国学校体育研究的重要方向。概念体育有着长期的历史传承,注重概念转变对行为改变的影响,借鉴5 E教学模式。在美国中小学多种体育课程模式中,概念体育模式凭借认知心理学、建构主义等理论的支撑,日渐成为美国体育课程的发展趋势。强调对我国中小学生进行“健康第一”、“终身体育”教育时,美国概念体育的经验值得借鉴。
“Concept Sports” has become an important direction for the study of school physical education in the United States by adopting the method of teaching a whole set of subject knowledge such as biomedicine, social psychology, culture and humanity to primary and secondary school students to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Concept sports has a long history of inheritance, pay attention to the impact of conceptual changes on behavior changes, learn 5 E teaching mode. In the multiple primary and secondary school physical education curriculum models in the United States, with the support of the theory of cognitive psychology and constructivism, concept sports model has become the trend of the development of physical education curriculum in the United States. Emphasizing that our country’s primary and secondary students “health first ”, “lifelong education ” education, the United States concept of sports experience is worth learning.
