PPP模式,即public-private-partnership的缩写,是指私人组织或公司与政府官方之间为了完成某项城市基础设施项目,或者是为了提供某种公共服务,而在某种协议的基础上建立的一种战略合作关系。随着当前基础设施建设需求逐渐增大以及城镇化的速度逐渐加快,大多数的地方政府也面临着巨大的债务压力。为了解决这一问题,PPP模式应运而生。而企业若要参与到与政府的合作中去,其社会资本的融资能力是一项重要的指标。本文即是探讨建筑企业参与到PPP项目的融资问题。
The PPP model, or acronym for public-private-partnership, refers to the establishment of an agreement between a private organization or company and a government official in order to complete a city infrastructure project or to provide some kind of public service A strategic cooperation. With the increasing demand for infrastructure construction and the gradual acceleration of urbanization, most local governments also face tremendous debt pressure. In order to solve this problem, PPP mode came into being. To participate in the cooperation with the government, the financing ability of social capital is an important indicator. This article is about the construction enterprises to participate in the financing of PPP projects.
