目的:评价参麦注射液与左卡尼汀联用对老年患者缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月—2016年1月间诊治的老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者120例,采用抽签的方法将其分为参照组和观察组(每组60例);参照组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组患者在参照组治疗的基础上给予参麦注射液与左卡尼汀联用治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率和心脏超声各指标的变化情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为96.67%高于参照组为81.67%(P<0.05);心脏超声各指标如左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室缩短率(LVFS)、每搏输出量(SV)和心搏出量(CO)值明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液与左卡尼汀联用治疗老年缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效较为显著,可改善患者的临床症状和心功能各指标。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Shenmai injection combined with levocarnitine on heart failure in elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with heart failure of elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy who were diagnosed and treated between January 2014 and January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into reference group and observation group (60 cases in each group) by lottery. Patients in reference group Were given conventional treatment. The observation group was given Shenmai injection combined with levocarnitine on the basis of the reference group. The changes of the total effective rate and the indexes of cardiac ultrasound in both groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of observation group after treatment was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the reference group (81.67%, P <0.05). The indexes of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular ejection fraction Stroke volume (SV) and stroke volume (CO) were significantly better than the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Shenmai injection combined with levocarnitine in the treatment of elderly patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure is more significant, which can improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function of patients.
