目的:探讨椅旁CAD/CAM修复方式在前牙种植修复的应用。方法:选取从2009-2012年在我院种植修复完成的127颗前牙修复体,其中85颗采用传统方式修复,42颗采用椅旁CAD/CAM系统修复,对比两种方法的美学效果、时间、患者参与性和操作便利性。结果:椅旁CAD/CAM修复系统在美学效果,操作时间,患者参与性,操作便利性方面均有明显优势。讨论:传统修复方式:模型转移后送技工室加工制作最终修复体,大约一周左右进行最终修复体的试戴,调磨,粘接。修复体制作均在技工室完成,患者需要被动接受修复体的美观效果,无参与感。椅旁CAD/CAM系统的种植修复方式:用蓝光扫描的办法获取计算机三维模型,在计算机上设计制作个性化基台、全瓷修复体,试戴后染色、上釉、粘接,整个修复体制作在椅旁完成,患者可以直接参与修复体设计,更有参与感。结论:在口腔前牙种植区域内,与传统种植修复方式相比,椅旁修复系统可以得到更加满意的修复效果,是值得临床应用推广的方式。
Objective: To explore the application of chair-side CAD / CAM repair in implant repair of anterior teeth. Methods: A total of 127 anterior prostheses were planted in our hospital from 2009 to 2012. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional implantation methods, the chair repair system can be more satisfactory in the anterior dental implant area, which is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
