慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者常伴有不同程度的营养不良,其发生率达20~60%。为克服增高的气道阻力和低下的呼吸肌活动效率,维持适当的呼吸通气量,气道阻塞及消瘦(肌萎缩)患者的呼吸肌耗能显著增加,即活动代谢消耗增加。此外,COPD患者的肺部慢性炎症也使能量消耗增加,基础能量消耗(BEE)较正常人增加;慢性炎症和BEE增高又使肌蛋白降解
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients are often accompanied by varying degrees of malnutrition, the incidence of 20 to 60%.
